On May 15, 2023, Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) received written notice (the “Notification Letter”) from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC notifying the Company that it had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”). The Notification Letter was sent following the implementation of a one-for-fifteen reverse split of the Company’s common stock (the “Reverse Split”), which became effective on May 1, 2023. Additional information regarding the Reverse Split can be found in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 28, 2023.
On May 16, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing receipt of the Notification Letter and regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Plus Therapeutics Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements
AUSTIN, Texas, May 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSTV) (the Company), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing targeted radiotherapeutics with advanced platform technologies for central nervous system cancers, today announced that it has received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the staff has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from May 1, 2023 to May 12, 2023, the closing bid price of the Companys common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Therefore, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Accordingly, Nasdaq has advised that the matter is now closed.
